Mohammed Forkan Uddin, M. Com, FCA possesses Masters in Accounting, He qualified as Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in year 2005. He has worked as Manager & then Head of Merchant Banking with a leading Merchant Bank in Bangladesh between 1996 to December 2004. His experience ranges from Capital Market, Merchant Banking, Portfolio Management, Underwriting, IPO Management etc.
He jointed and worked as Senior Manager with Masih Muhith Haque & Co. Chartered Accountants between 1st January 2005 to August 2005. In August 2005 he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and promoted to Executive Director of the same firm. Mr. Forkan then joined and worked as a partner of Masih Muhith Haque & Co. Chartered Accountants between 1st September 2007 to April 30, 2018 which is a member firm of RSM International Ltd., a sixth largest Accounting & Auditing firm network in the world.
He has a lot of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Company Affairs, Consultancies etc. He also frequently attend in talk shows on economic and capital market issues with many TV Channel in Bangladesh. Mr. Forkan is a teacher in a number of Universities, Training Institute, Tutorial Homes & ICAB among others.

He is also a member of the board of directors of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) and Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited.

He looks after IPO and upcoming public listed company and presented papers in seminars on Capital Market & related issues.
